Joe was born in Rome, Italy and moved to the U.S. in 1965, settling in NY. Believing that the U.S. was the Land of Opportunity, Joe graduated from NYU with a BA in Science/Engineering & went on to become a successful businessman. He owned a consulting firm but after 19 years of traveling, he wanted to work closer to home. Having lived in the Westchester/Putnam area for the past 25 years and wanting to help others who had dreams of living here, he turned to real estate.
